Office keeps all records of the Project properly, co-ordinates with all units; renders all-round services to the members of Astrological Research Projects, maintains Project's library in a most befiffing manner manages institute, magazines, selling books, supervises the preparation, publication and documentation of the important Project activities, editing and publication of magazines and books and doing all desk works and monitoring jobs ralating to International Conference, organising seminars and symposiums.

Viswa Jyotish Vidyapith organised by Astrological Research Project has Chapters in New Delhi , Nagpur , Raipur , Assam , Siliguri , Canada , Nepal , Srilanka , Myanmar , Bangladesh , U.S.A. , France , Germany , United Kingdom , Malaysia etc. It has a well-organised computer department.
